Pressure
All pressure intensifiers are made by Technocut. Establishing a new concept in ultra high pressure intensifiers, Technocut's technology can satisfy the needs all users. The original design incorporates several electronically synchronised pressure intensifiers working in parallel. This allows for a more even output of pressure unlike standard single cylender designs.
The system combines low maintenance costs and even pressure output with the latest generation of hydraulic pumps for variable flow rates along with air cooled intensifiers.

Robotic Control
The Idro line robotic systems used in CMS waterjet machines is unparrallelled in the industry. Ours is the first system to actively control botht the speed and kerf of the waterjet; the first with a 5-axis head with continuous probing thus enabling our systems to meet the most demanding jobs for those with the highest expectations.
Our efficient systems are able to automatically regulate the distance of the cutting head and stop it to avoid collision. The operating siftware is designed in the familiar Microsoft Windows environment making it simple and easy to operate. Automatic abrasive removal is an integral feature of the equipment as is the rotating axis control for the circular and square based pipes.
The Idro line also incorporates precise rack and pinion transmission with labrynth casing for handling control along with automated hatches and safety guards.

Our Technocam software allows for the complete management of the waterjet cutting system.
Materials Database: The software is completed by a database containing the technological parameters of the materials most commonly used for waterjet cutting. It can also be implemented for meeting precise technological needs. The technology of the individual sections that comprise the imported shapes can be modified and optimised for cutting sequence and processing.
Plate Optimisation: The high level development of the nesting algorithms allows perfect optimisation of the space on the plate allowing for managing both plates of different dimensions and possible processing offcuts.
Management of the cutting orders and estimates: The management of cutting orders is handled by a simple interface and it is possible to gather information relative to the placing data with graphic display of the plate, the relative technological cutting data and the production estimate, divided into cutting costs and material costs. Following ISO generation the exactness of the cutting route can be checked with an intrument that reproduces the cutting machines CNC.
Technocam 3D cutting management: The optional Technocam 3D module is a software package for drawing solid shapes that gives the possibility of creating 3D shapes in a simple and intuitive way. It also manages multi-head cutting to minimise cutting time and maximise plate exploitation.
