Our proven topCLEAR range of washing machines is now even more state of the art. You can choose between devices with a washing height of 1300mm up to 2500mm and with 2, 4 or 6 brushes. We can offer the right tool depending on your glass strength and work requirements. It goes without saying that the entire washing area is manufactured from Stainless steel. topCLEAR systems now offer data interfaces for intergration into processing lines and are perfectly suitable for combination with topDRILL solutions.
Viulzi VT Series
Vertical washing and drying system for flat glass. Washing and drying body made entirely of stainless steel. The VT Series is suitable as an independent machine or for inclusing in insulating glass production or with straight line edging machines.

VT21S with 3 pairs of cylindrical brushes

Motorized inlet conveyor with black panel and drive pedal. Heavy construction of washing and drying body made entirely of stainless steel.
Washing effected by cylindrical brushes sprayed uniformly with water by nozzles. Brushes are composed of big diameter segments, long lasting and easy to replace. Each pair of brushes is is separated and supplied with water recovery tank (mounted on wheels) complete with pump and filters.
Drying by means of inclined blowers fed by high pressure fan positioned in insulated box compsed of sound insulation giving 80dB noise level. Glass sheets are forwarded in the drying area without touching the front of the plate.
Motorized outlet conveyor with black panel and inspection lamps fitted with sensor to stop the glass. The transporting rollers are made of vulcanized and rectified rubber. The transporting rollers are mounted on pivot levers in order to suite automatically to the various thicknesses keeping the correct pressure on the glass sheet.
Conveyor rollers are driven by pairs of worm gears. The drive components for the rollers and brushes are situated outside and on the top of the machine for ease of maintenance. The inside supports for brushes and rollers are made of bronze or stainless steel self lubricating bushes.
Working speed electronically controlled with direct reading on digital display. Easy maintenance and access to the machine. The machine is predisposed to demineralized water use.
